We cannot say enough good things about our experience renting a skiff from Waterway Watersports. From the very first phone call, months before our trip, until we dropped the boat off and drove away, Derek went above and beyond. The boat was in great shape, and he was so patient and helpful with all of our questions. We rented an Airbnb that was only accessible by boat, and Derek gave us a great rate for a 4 day boat rental. He even helped us get to the cabin and gave us plenty of tips on where to fish. We were also able to use the dock at the Waterway when we wanted to go into town for my birthday, and he surprised us by having the boat cleaned up when we returned. All in all, renting from Derek was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in all our travels- and we travel quite a bit! A++

Surely not one to leave reviews but this one deserves one! I rented a skiff from waterway watersports this past Saturday and can’t say enough about the whole experience. Paperwork was painless, great pricing, boat was gassed up and clean. Derek, the owner and his family were nothing less than very helpful and just awesome people. Will definitely be going back!
